Mark Rossouw Attorneys is a young dynamic law firm situated at 193 Circular Drive, Fairview, Port Elizabeth in the vicinity of Lorraine Gardens Shopping Centre. The firm is constantly striving to build excellent client relationships, whilst at the same time render accurate cost effective legal advice.

 

Mark Rossouw studied at the Vista University in Port Elizabeth and obtained his Baccalaureus Procurationis (B.Proc) in 2000. He attended the School for Legal Practice and was admitted as an Attorney in 2001. He was employed as an associate attorney at Brown Braude & Vlok Attorneys from October 2001 until September 2007. From October 2007 he practiced as a partner at the firm Booysen & Rossouw Attorneys. He started to practice for his own account under the name and style of Mark Rossouw Attorneys on 1 May 2011.

 

Mark practices as a professional sole proprietor and the clientele of the firm ranges from private individuals to corporate entities.

 

Mark delivers specialised legal work with great expertise in injury on duty matters, claims for compensation against Workman's Compensation, incorporating the Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, Act 130 of 1993, as amended and more specifically injury on duty matters where members of the public have been diagnosed with an illness called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to the nature of their work/experience at work.

 

The firm caters for the normal person on the street and pride themselves with the fact that they are affordable and professional. The firm has a policy enabling clients to pay for legal services in monthly instalments, alternatively by signing a contingency fee agreement that gives clients peace of mind, whilst the firm is able to proceed with the claim/dispute and recover their fees upon finalization of the matter.
